Jessica Birdsey, hailing from Traverse City, Michigan. She embarked on her career in the restaurant industry at a young age, cultivating a passion for true hospitality. She has a love for the Detroit food scene. Her previous endeavor earned the accolade of Detroit's Best New Restaurant. Now she eagerly anticipates introducing Presley's Kitchen to Detroit, prioritizing exceptional hospitality as the cornerstone for assembling an outstanding team.

Executive Chef, Jamie Goerss

Jamie is a proud native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. When she moved to Michigan, she developed an innate passion for cooking and immersed herself in the culinary industry for over 16 years. Jamie's journey includes pivotal roles in launching four highly acclaimed restaurants, two of which gained recognition on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. Eager to share her culinary expertise and fervor, Jamie anticipates enriching Presley's Kitchen in Detroit with her signature touch.
