Alyssa Canzoneri is an experienced hospitality leader with more than a decade in the restaurant industry. She began her career in the back of house at a small, family-owned restaurant and worked her way through nearly every aspect of restaurant operations before moving into leadership and General Management.

Today, Alyssa leads the team at Presley’s Kitchen + Bar, located inside Detroit’s historic David Whitney Hotel. Her hands-on, people-first approach to leadership is centered on creating genuine hospitality, developing strong teams, and delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Alyssa takes pride in leading by example and building a culture where both guests and team members feel welcomed and valued. Her commitment to thoughtful service, consistency, and high standards helps define the hospitality experience at Presley’s.

Brian Cosio

Executive Chef

Chef Brian Cosio is a seasoned culinary professional whose career has taken him from Cleveland to Atlanta and, ultimately, back home to Detroit. With a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and leading high-performing culinary teams, Brian has built his reputation through years of hands-on kitchen leadership.

Throughout his career, Brian has served as Executive Chef with Granite City, Mitchell’s Fish Market, and Live! Hospitality, gaining experience across diverse culinary concepts and high-volume operations. His leadership, creativity, and commitment to hospitality have helped shape successful kitchens while mentoring the chefs and culinary teams around him.

Now back in his hometown of Detroit, Brian brings his years of experience and passion for the industry to Presley's Kitchen, located in the historic Whitney building. As Executive Chef, he is focused on delivering thoughtful, approachable cuisine while celebrating Detroit’s rich food culture and sense of community.

For Brian, cooking is more than a profession - it’s about bringing people together, creating experiences, and continuing to grow through every kitchen and every plate.
